Kv\u00e4llen innan drack jag 2 glas vin och en liten whisky, och jag gissar att alkoholen s\u00e4nkte blodsockret s\u00e5 att jag sedan fick en rekyl och hamnade h\u00f6gre \u00e4n vanligt p\u00e5 morgonen.\u00a0Och trots tr\u00e4ning och havre\/quinoagr\u00f6t med ett \u00e4gg i till lunch s\u00e5 l\u00e5g jag lite v\u00e4l h\u00f6gt hela dagen f\u00f6r att vara jag.
